EXIT Award ’17
For the EXIT Award (‘Cena EXIT’), a competition announced by the Faculty of Art and Design of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem for students of Czech and Slovak art universities, we designed a complete visual identity, from logotype to poster or graphics of the exhibition to catalogue design.
The identity of the eighth year of the competition is inspired by the visuality and luminescence of the signs marking the escape route. The main graphic element is the capital letter ‘E’ stylized in the form of an open door pictogram. A luminescent layer was manually applied to the covers of the printed catalogues using a stencil. So even in the event of an unexpected blackout, you will easily find your most popular catalog in the library!
