While designing the visual identity for the CzeXperiment project, we realized the huge role typography would play. That’s why we decided to design a custom typeface for the identity. Although a condensed unicase grotesque is well-explored genre, we incorporated a few features that not only aid in shaping the project’s visual identity (like the prominent letter ‘C’ or thin diacritical marks and punctuation), but also ensure seamless usage in video editing—such as tabular figures and symbols for smooth animations.
